Our Hotel/Resort Partner Promise

To provide outstanding customer service, in addition to the added benefit of the property being able to advertise the amenity of having on-site ticketing for all theme parks and attractions. This will lead to positive social media comments and in turn, more bookings for the property. To work together as partners to make the Concierge Desk a better revenue source for the hotel/resort. This should include open lines of communication, packaging opportunities, Front Desk referrals and meetings with the appropriate Front Office, Reservations, and Sales staff. All of this done without having a conflict of interest.

Our Attraction Partners Promise

To ensure that all Team members have a thorough understanding of each attraction and theme park. This can be done with coordinated training sessions in addition to our "On the Job" training by our leads and the direct communication from managers and employees on our communication platforms. To work together to provide incentives for our Team to sell that particular attraction to maximize the sales for the vendor, as well as the profit for AGS.
